Bamboo flushable Wipes are made with a dispersible nonwoven substrate containing bamboo-derived cellulosic fibers. Bamboo viscose may be combined with wood pulp or other plant-derived fibers to balance softness, wet strength and dispersibility.
2Can you provide a third-party flushability test report?
Yes. Third-party testing can be arranged for the confirmed finished product. Existing reports for a different material, formula or sheet specification should not automatically be applied to a newly customized product.
3Are Bamboo flushable Wipes biodegradable?
Bamboo-derived cellulose is plant-based, but the biodegradability of the finished wipe depends on its complete fiber composition, additives and test conditions. Biodegradable and flushable are separate claims and should be verified independently.
4Can you manufacture plastic-free Bamboo flushable Wipes?
Yes, plastic-free fiber options can be developed using plant-derived cellulosic materials. The packaging may still contain plastic unless the buyer selects an alternative packaging structure, so product and packaging claims should be stated separately.
