1What are bamboo wipes made from?
We manufacture a wide range of personal care wipes, including facial cleansing wipes, makeup remover wipes, body wipes, intimate wipes, hand wipes, feminine hygiene wipes, flushable toilet wipes, and travel wipes. All products are available for OEM and private label manufacturing.
2Are bamboo wipes biodegradable?
Biodegradability depends on the complete fiber composition. Bamboo-derived viscose and other plastic-free cellulosic fabrics can provide biodegradable substrate options, while polyester-containing blends are not fully biodegradable. Packaging and formula should be evaluated separately.
3Can you manufacture plastic-free bamboo wipes?
Yes. We can provide plastic-free nonwoven fabric options made without polyester or polypropylene. The final composition and available supporting documentation will be confirmed before sampling.

1Can you provide FSC-certified material options?
FSC-certified cellulose-based material options may be available depending on the selected fabric and supplier. We can confirm certification availability and supporting documents during material selection.
2What is the MOQ for private label bamboo wipes?
MOQ depends on the packaging format, fabric specification and customization level. Soft-pack projects commonly start from approximately 20,000–30,000 packs, while canisters and individual sachets are quoted separately.
3Can you print our brand and design on the packaging?
Yes. We provide private label packaging with your logo, colors, product information and required languages. Our team can also assist with packaging dimensions, dielines and artwork review.
4Can you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. Samples can be supplied for an initial quality review. Customized samples can also be prepared after the product specifications and formula requirements are confirmed.
5How long does mass production take?
Typical production lead time is approximately 30–45 days after sample approval, artwork confirmation and deposit. The final schedule depends on order quantity, packaging materials and production availability.
6What testing and documents can you provide?
Depending on the product and market, we can support microbiological testing, stability testing, preservative challenge testing, dermatological testing, MSDS/SDS, product specifications and available quality certificates.
